  Absolutely horrible! !!!!!! Do not use them! These people are unprofessional and rude!!! Do not do anything in a timely manner. Came out 6 times and still unable to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Then weeks of no call back kept saying parts were ordered that were not, when you call them cause they definitely are not calling you. Then I call for 6 weeks, Finally get someone to answer the phone and was told we were not "priority " because we had the means to use another appliance at the time. Which should not matter!!!! From Oct 2016 to NOW! still not fixed! Which mind you ALL parts and service was 100% covered by whirlpool,they were sent a ticket and told to fix it no matter what. Called whirlpool and had they apologized and made it very clear this was not how they do business, they were under the impression that the appliance had already been repaired. Now they are sending new tech out (thank god). They were very upset with the way I was spoken to which was recorded and played back for them.whirlpool assured me they would be dealing with the issue. DO NOT USE! Rileys is a way better place or C&M just don't call these guys (not that they would answer anyway whirlpool tried 5 times while I was on the line with them trying to clear this matter up and no one answered ) I wasn't asking for the world just that they Fix the appliance PROPERLY, call and set up an appointment or return a call, but they do not call you back, AT ALL! I hope whirlpool breaks ties with them because it makes them look bad to have the"ladies" there be rude and pretty much tell you that your irrelevant since you can use something else for the 8 months it has now taken to fix this appliance! It shouldn't matter how much money they have/make if you are paid to do a service for someone then you shouldn't push that person back to end of the line constantly just because you don't see there issue as a priority. Totally unprofessional.
