  From demolition to end this was a horrible experience. So much damage was done to our walls, bannister, doors and even refrigerator during the demolition of our floors, preparing to lay new wood floors. End product was very disappointing. There were many issues and areas that were not connected to the piece beside it. We agreed on a plan to rectify the problems, but on designated days and rescheduled days for this, they did not show up nor bother to notify us they were not coming. All communication was initiated by us. It eventually became apparent they were not going to correct the problems. A very costly mistake for us. Would not recommend.
