  Yesterday my boyfriend and I went into the store to upgrade my IPhone to the 8. While the company was experiencing activation outages, Jay (the sales representative) made our experience so positive and kept us up to date with what was happening. He went above and beyond to keep us up to date via text message and phone call on how the outage was improving and what we should do in order to help the process. He even took time to speak with us while he was at home!! By far was the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. Thank you so much jay!!
